Right to withdraw from book and ticket orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

We inform you that you have the rights, set out in the provisions relating to consumer protection, and in particular the provisions of Greek Law 2251\/1994, which are proportionately interpreted and applied in this case. Specifically, according to article 10 of law 2251\/1994 applied, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without justification within 14 calendar days from the day after the one you acquired the physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise this right, you must inform our company GRAPHOPRESS LTD. (Postal address: Socratous 157, 17673 Kallithea, Tel .: +30 210 9523617, email: mail@graphopress.com<\/a> either by postal letter or e-mail).<\/p>\n

The returned goods should not have been used and should be in excellent condition as before their sale, in their complete original packaging and with all their contents (inserts, stickers, gifts, etc.).<\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all the money we received from you (by credit to your debit \/ credit card account, as long as you used it for the transaction, otherwise by deposit in the bank account you indicate to us), without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we will be notified of your withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Return of defective merchandise<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of detection of defective merchandise, we confirm after technical inspection that the defect is not due to misuse and replace it with a new one, if available, within 14 calendar days from the date of return.<\/p>\n

In cases where there is no availability, we can negotiate the replacement of the defective merchandise with another of equal value, or refund all the money we received from you (by credit to your debit \/ credit card account, as long as you used it for the transaction, otherwise by deposit in the bank account that you will indicate to us).<\/p>\n

All shipping costs arising from the return process of defective merchandise are covered by us.<\/p>\n
